What is the application process? 

The application process can be initiated through our online application portal. We review employment history, income, rental history, credit, and criminal background. Your gross income must be at least three times the monthly income. 

Are guarantors accepted? 

Absolutely! We will also review their employment history, income, rental history, credit, and criminal background. Their gross income must be five times the monthly rent.

Is renter's insurance required?

Yes. We do require renter’s insurance with at least $100,000 in coverage.


Can I apply and pay all my application fees online?

Yes. You can apply and pay through our convenient online application portal.

Are utilities included?

No. Residents are responsible for all utilities. Electric is deregulated, which means you may choose any provider. The cable goes through Grande Communications with starting rates at $59.00 for cable and internet.

How many pets are allowed per apartment? Is there any breed or weight restrictions?

We allow dogs and cats with a 2-pet maximum per household. There is a $300 pet fee and a $300 pet deposit plus a $20 per month pet rent. There are no weight restrictions; however, there are aggressive breed restrictions. 

Is the office and amenities open during the COVID-19 Pandemic?

Yes. Our office is currently open and accepting appointments for touring. Amenities are available during business hours only.

Are fees required with the parking options?

We offer free open parking. Covered parking is $75 per space. Garages are $125.

What lease terms are offered?

We offer short and long term lease options from 1 to 16 months.

Are furnished apartments available?

We offer fully furnished apartment homes. Furnished housing options are offered at a higher monthly premium and include all utilities paid.
